I am writing this to express my
appreciation for the staff members at Mobility World in Boitanio
Mall, Williams Lake. I came in not knowing a thing about cell
phones, rates or prices. The girls in the store were extremely
helpful in clueing me in, and letting me know the best plans and
prices out there, when they were fully capable of taking advantage
of my ignorance and ripping me off. I was shocked on the knowledge
they knew about their competitors, which allowed me to weigh out
the different companies. I valued their honesty, and it made me
want to go with Bell regardless of their better plans and prices
for me. I am very happy to be with Bell, and the staff at Mobility
World made that possible.

I really appreciated how the girls at Mobility World Williams
Lake have tried to help me. UNFORTUNATELY I am currently under
contract with Telus and am trying to get out of it... The girls
enlightened me immensely as to what a fantastic deal I will get
with Bell once I switch over. They informed me of a way I could
lower my rates with Telus and sign up with Bell right away and
STILL save more money than what I was paying with just Telus alone
before.

Glad I Switched
I'v recently moved to williams lake and tried to hook up a home
phone. I have been given the run around by telus for months because
of the strike! I went in to the mobility world store in the mall
looking for a home phone,and the girls there gave me so much information
on cell phones and plans. I was so impressed with their quick
efficient knowledge. I didn't know alot about cell phones and
plans, i thought that they were really expensive. The girls told
me everything i needed to know and answered all my questions.
They even informed me about some of telus and rogers deals and
service. I now have a cell phone that I use for a home phone and
its even cheaper that the home phone plan i was on with telus.
I would like to thank the girls at Mobility World for helping
me with my dilema and coming up with an alternative suggestion.
